"I've tried Weight Watchers, those stomach blockers and it worked for a little while but you always feel deprived. If you eat something that you're not suppose to eat you always feel guilty about it. With this I don't have that feeling I mean it's just automatic. I don't eat the things that I know that's not good for me and I have no guilt feelings what so ever about it. This is probably the easiest, most effective, and I feel reluctant to say diet because it's not really a diet. I'm programmed to think a diet is when you're depriving yourself and this isn't doing that to me. I'm having no emotional conflict what so ever. I'm completely comfortable with it and when I eat I eat just a small amount. I feel full after 3 or 4 bites and consciously I wasn't thinking about it but unconsciously all of a sudden I was full and then it hit me. That's what I'm supposed to be full and it happened automatically. I wasn't consciously thinking about getting full because I was planning on eating all of it. I couldn't eat any more. I've never experienced that with any other diet. It's just, everything seems to be falling into place and it feels really comfortable. After I realized that I was full, I felt satisfied and it was a good feeling. Just like I went into the refrigerator last night and I looked and there was plenty there to eat and there was just nothing there appetizing to me. There's a piece of cake sitting there under one of those dome things and I've looked at it 3 or 4 days and I like it and I liked it before but I'd look at it and just absolutely no interest in eating any of it. And I thought this isn't really happening, but it was really happening. I mean automatically I'm leaving things alone that I don't need to eat. I'm absolutely, completely impressed with this program. I've never been on a program that I've been more impressed with and I've tried a lot of different things. I'd highly recommend this program to anyone who really wanted to lose weight." John
